We also have established two subsidiaries - Exodus Energy Oil & Gas LLC and PTS Exodus Energy Operations Company LLC - to enhance services to customers through leveraging partner strengths in the areas of asset management and oil and gas distribution and supply.

Exodus Energy Oil & Gas LLC acquires and develops midstream and upstream oil and natural gas-related assets in North America and Europe.

PTS Exodus Energy Operations Company LLC (PTE) provides technical due diligence assessments and operates, maintains and manages power generation and other energy-related facilities.
